IronDaddy

On September 24, 2011 I did an iron distance triathlon event which consists of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run. The girls had such a good time cheering on daddy! While I was running the were helping the volunteers signaling runners to go a direction. And at the end the girls ran with me across the line!
